The chateau and the farmhouse are both available for rental – either together or separately. If rented separately, both properties have complete privacy with neither group being aware of the other. However, if rented together, the estate can accommodate 28 people, and the pool house can be used to allow everyone to eat together. This has proved very popular for family get-togethers, birthdays, anniversaries and also for Christmas and the New Year.

Chateau Rental
The Chateau has a number of formal rooms on the ground floor and lower ground floor that offer flexible living space. Accommodation consists of 9 bedrooms with double or twin beds and can thus accommodate 18 people. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with ensuite bathrooms, whilst there is one shower room per 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Farmhouse Rental
The Farmhouse is situated on the edge of a very pretty valley, and has 1 bedroom downstairs with an ensuite shower room. This is suitable for disabled people. It is very well insulated and has central heating as well as an open fireplace. There are three bedrooms up the internal staircase. One with an ensuite shower room, and two more that share a shower room and separate lavatory. There is also an external staircase that leads to a very large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Large Groups and Functions
The Chateau and Farmhouse can be rented together for larger groups such as family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries etc. There is a short path across a field that links one property to the other. To enable the entire group to eat together, the pool room has a large galleried hall with a fully equipped kitchen. We have held a number of successful events using this building.
Rental Prices
In high season (July and August plus Christmas, New Year, the properties can only be rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Out of high season we can be more flexible. Rentals of less than one week are charged on a pro rata basis but the minimum price is the equivalent of 4 days rental.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation, with the remainder due 2 calendar months before. In addition, there is a refundable security deposit of E2,000 for the Chateau and E750 for the Farmhouse that is due 2 weeks before the start of the rental period.
